ScopeQ uses the following subprocessors and third-party services to operate the platform. Each provider has been selected for their security posture, reliability, and compliance certifications. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Supabase

Database / Auth / Storage

Powers user authentication, tenant data storage, and file storage. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Anthropic

AI Provider

Provides the Claude AI models used for product template generation and SOW content drafting. Input data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate outputs.

Stripe

Billing

Handles subscription management and payment processing. Card details are collected and stored directly by Stripe — ScopeQ never sees raw payment data.

Resend

Transactional Email

Delivers transactional emails including email verification, password reset, and in-app notifications.

Vercel

Hosting / CDN

Hosts the ScopeQ web application and delivers it globally via edge network. Request logs may be retained for a limited period.
